Breeder and butcher in the great lineage of his father, François POLMARD decided to create his own breeding. He is immersed in extensive research on the different breeds of cattle, their diets, their well-being but also on maturation. A single objective: to produce the ultimate meat.

In his turn, for several years now, Alexandre POLMARD has been pursuing this patient work of perfection alongside his father.
